Welcome to the CHI2004 Advance Program, showing the established program elements for the world´s leading forum on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). This program shows you all the opportunities available so far to Connect to leading-edge innovation and research results at the conference, selected from an overwhelming number of submissions in the different categories.
You will find 31 Tutorials to choose from to update your HCI skills in a variety of areas, including training for newcomers. The Workshop program invites you to work together with colleagues around the world on topics relevant to the future. Paper presentations will present leading-edge HCI research, innovation, and practice. Leading HCI experts will debate controversial issues of HCI research and pratice. Demonstrations showcase new and emerging HCI tools and techniques. More program elements pending the Late Submission Deadline will be added soon.
